Intentional opportunities for
regular mentoring and training are implemented into the FTH program.
Opportunities for ongoing education are made available to FTH leaders and
members. Youth and young adults leaders are
encouraged to help to drive the direction of the outreach projects. They
participate and lead out in seminars, workshops and church based programs.
FTH ministry implements a process of
peer mentoring. This method creates avenues for FTH young people to nurture and encourage other young people to become a
part of, and remain in the Body of Christ. FTH leaders will be encouraged to model Christ like leadership that is inclusive,
promotes horizontal communication, authenticity, transparency, unconditional
love and acceptance.
